ALICE Technologies helps construction teams plan smarter by using generative construction simulation to explore better ways to build. We work with leading contractors, owners, EPCs, and consultants to improve planning, reduce risk, and make better project decisions. We are hiring a Solutions Engineer to support our growing U.S. go-to-market team. This is a pre-sales technical role focused on helping prospects understand how ALICE can solve real planning and scheduling challenges. You will partner closely with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, guide technical validations, and help prospects translate project complexity into a clear business case. This role is ideal for someone who combines construction domain credibility with strong communication skills, technical curiosity, and a consultative mindset. We are especially interested in candidates based on the West Coast or in Austin because of team coverage, collaboration, and travel efficiency.
