About The Position

We are currently seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a dedicated owner of data onboarding, relationships, maintenance, and health. You will align priorities with Client Services schedules while coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. You’ll centralize validation of client data within Solutions Engineering, partnering with Engineering to develop tools and processes that boost data quality and streamline validation operations. By elevating data management at EIQ, you’ll collaborate with Product to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks to time-to-value and overall project health. In this role, clients will benefit from your expertise as you bridge infrastructure gaps and integrate multiple systems to keep implementations on track. You will also serve as the key technical liaison who will troubleshoot, build custom workarounds, and reduce the need for Product and Engineering teams to engage directly with clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a Solutions Engineering / Solutions Architect capacity across enterprise B2B SaaS for a high growth technology company
  • Proven experience as a business and technical leader for complex and sophisticated data solutions for enterprise clients
  • Deep familiarity with the data tools including Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and Data Analytics / BI reporting tools such as Looker or Looker Studio.
  • Proactive, self starter that can own and elevate function in a fast paced, agile startup environment
  • Dedicated problem solver who can leverage technical expertise, analytical skills and business acumen to find creative solutions
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations
  • Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes while developing operational framework to drive continuous improvement to client delivery models and client value
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and ML teams to deliver and evolve scalable data onboarding and data health solutions while aligning with overall EIQ strategy and goals
  • Contribute to the design, clean up and maintenance of client data and data architecture for EIQ data ingestion processes
  • Stay current and provide feedback on systems to monitor and improve client data health in collaboration with CS and Product teams
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to provide technical and operational guidance during the sales cycle
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and CS teams to support Client custom integrations and scope custom product requests
  • Provide additional implementation support to the Client Services team to ensure clients can successfully utilize all product features and functionality
  • Identify opportunities for tools and automation to scale workflows for EIQ's CS and other teams
  • Provide technical triage and escalation oversight across all product modules to client business and technical stakeholders as needed
  • Provide data management training and promote data fluency across EIQ
