What you’ll do: The Solutions Engineer serves as a technical lead in developing power system solutions for customer-facing proposals, owning system architecture, technical scope, and customer engagement from early-stage design through handoff to the execution team. This role focuses on microgrid and distributed generation systems, designing under real-world constraints of cost, reliability, and schedule. This is a highly applied, customer-facing role for engineers with a strong foundation in electrical power systems who prefer system-level design over purely analytical work. Solutions Engineers lead technical discussions, conduct site visits, and develop single-line diagrams and system layouts, while clearly communicating complex concepts through structured documentation and analysis.
