About The Position

Build is creating the agentic AI stack for institutional real estate, aiming to automate complex development and acquisitions workflows significantly faster than traditional methods. Responsibilities

• Embed with the domain team and learn their work well enough to automate it.
• Build agentic workflows and internal tools that take real work off their plate.
• Ship in front of the user and iterate on what you learn in the room.
• Turn repeated expert judgment into software that holds up in production.
• Own your work end-to-end: design, build, deploy, observe, evolve.
• Bring engineering rigor to workflows that have never had any.
• Feed what you learn back into the core product.
• Decide what is worth building, without waiting for a specification.
