About The Position

Wise is a global technology company building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. The Wise Platform team works with financial institutions and major tech companies globally to offer Wise products and services directly to their customers through our API. Solutions Engineers make this happen by working with partners to build integrations to our class-leading international finance products, while improving Wise Platform by increasing the capabilities of our public API. The team’s goals are to drive the growth of Wise through partnerships and integrations by creating a world-class product set delivered through third parties.

Requirements

• Technical consulting and product guidance to banks and other partners integrating Wise, primarily post-sale.
• Ensuring partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experience.
• Assisting partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirements.
• Supporting business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features, including technical scoping and feature design.
• Participating in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform team.
• Collaborating with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisions.
• Designing and developing new features for Wise services and exposing them on the public API when needed.
• Working on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challenges.
• Improving integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementations.
• Collaborating with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnerships.
• Enhancing internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallel.
• Troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues, aiding the API support team with complex problems.
