Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position
  • You possess fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies
  • You're detail-oriented and able to document requirements effectively
  • You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges
  • You're adaptable and can navigate ambiguity with confidence
  • You're highly collaborative and enjoy working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success
  • Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance
  • Experience with fintech or financial institutions
  • Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demos, or implementation workshops

Responsibilities

  • Technical Consultation: Help understand customer requirements and design appropriate implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions
  • Implementation Support: Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment of Baselayer products
  • Solution Design: Create technical documentation and implementation plans that address specific customer needs
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver technical demonstrations that showcase Baselayer's capabilities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Technical Documentation: Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for various customer scenarios
  • Customer Training: Educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the identity verification space
  • Post-implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure customer success
