As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our prospects understand how Dealpath can solve their most critical business challenges. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to design tailored solutions that showcase the value of Dealpath. You will partner with Account Executives as the technical trusted advisor across the full sales cycle — from discovery and demos to proof-of-concept design and executive readouts. You will lead tailored product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for sophisticated commercial real estate teams, translating their pipeline, deal management, and reporting challenges into compelling Dealpath solutions. You will design and execute proofs-of-concept that prove value against the customer's real data, real workflows, and real success criteria — not generic templates. You will serve as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering, surfacing patterns from your deal work that shape the roadmap. You will also build and refine the Solutions Engineering playbook — discovery frameworks, demo environments, technical objection-handling guides — that scale how the team wins. You will use AI as a core part of how you work, joining a team that treats AI fluency as a craft and shares wins openly.
