Senior Solutions Engineer
About The Position
As a Solutions Engineer at Paxos, you will own the technical sale, scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design for customer opportunities that leverage our infrastructure products. You will work on exciting and innovative deals and opportunities that involve bringing new digital asset brokerage, payments, and financial products to the market in partnership with our customers. Your impact will be measured through the number of opportunities that are won and the success of the integrations which depend on the quality of the solutions design, directly contributing to Paxos' mission of modernizing financial infrastructure through our partnerships with leading institutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Solutions or Sales Engineering experience in enterprise SaaS/fintech/financial services
- Track record of closing strategic enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong technical acumen with ability to understand API integrations
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on the platform, develop technical champions at the customer, and position Paxos’ capabilities to support the value proposition in the commercial negotiation
- Qualify and scope the customer’s objective and design the solution
- Deliver qualified, prioritized and actionable product feedback to Product and Engineering
