Solutions Engineer (Senior Full-Stack Engineer -CTO's Office)

As a Solutions Engineer at Healthie, you will collaborate directly with the CTO/Co-Founder to execute strategic priorities for the company. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with visibility across the organization, making it ideal for a strong individual contributor. You will be responsible for building and shipping features end-to-end, coordinating with customer success, product, and engineering teams. Additionally, you will work closely with Healthie's largest customers to implement custom needs and provide product feedback to the Product team.

Building integrations between third party companies and Healthie

Identifying, and executing on, opportunities for site speed and performance

Working alongside our mobile team (React Native) to configure web & mobile interdependencies

Meeting with Healthie's largest customers to implement custom needs, client facing

Working closely with Healthie's Product team to deliver product feedback

Prefer being a strong individual contributor (IC) rather than having managerial responsibilities

Track record of building and shipping products, writing full-stack, production-ready code

At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer

Experience with the tech stack including Rails, React, Typescript, and GraphQL

Experience in Health tech and familiarity with HIPAA

Experience with third-party integration work

Must reside in the U.S.

Base salary up to $170,000 per year
