Solutions Engineer (Senior Full-Stack Engineer -CTO's Office)

As a Solutions Engineer at Healthie, you will be responsible for executing strategic priorities and working directly with the CTO/Co-Founder to implement custom needs for clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with various teams within the organization. Key responsibilities include building integrations, optimizing site speed and performance, and working closely with the product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of building and shipping products, experience with full-stack development, and familiarity with health tech and HIPAA regulations. This is a full-time remote position with a base salary of up to $170,000 per year.

• Building integrations between third party companies and Healthie
• Identifying and executing opportunities for site speed and performance
• Working alongside the mobile team (React Native) to configure web and mobile interdependencies
• Meeting with Healthie's largest customers to implement custom needs, client facing
• Working closely with Healthie's Product team to deliver product feedback

• Prefer being a strong individual contributor (IC) rather than having managerial responsibilities
• Track record of building and shipping products, writing full-stack, production-ready code
• At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer with experience in Rails, React, Typescript, and GraphQL
• Familiarity with Health tech and HIPAA
• Experience with third-party integration work
• Must reside in the U.S.
• Base salary up to $170,000 per year
