Lakera is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing global Solutions Engineering team as we scale. As we expand from 2 to 10+ Solutions Engineers worldwide, this leader will define the culture, standards, and technical credibility of the function while shaping Lakera’s global go-to-market engine. In this player-coach role, you will drive technical pre-sales strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure customer success across enterprise accounts. You will establish scalable processes and serve as a key bridge between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. Your impact will directly influence revenue growth, product evolution, and how enterprises secure the future of AI.
