We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to help accelerate company-wide adoption of our enterprise knowledge and AI platform. In this role, you'll help employees find trusted information faster and get more value from tools like search, agents, and automations. As a member of the Digital Solutions team, you'll balance scalable user enablement with hands-on solution design. Day to day, that means leading trainings, supporting users, shaping high-impact requests, and helping teams understand when to use search, an agent, or an automation to solve a problem. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who combines technical fluency with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You should be equally comfortable running an AI 101 session for global teams, scoping a workflow automation, and helping users set realistic expectations around what AI can and cannot do. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving diverse problems, and finds energy in helping others succeed.
