Check out our investors and read more about us here. About the team This Solutions Engineering Associate role sits within Alloy's pre-sales organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to support the technical aspects of the sales process to help support and drive deals forward. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week. What you'll be doing Successful Solutions Engineering Associates will develop strong expertise in Alloy’s platform, APIs, and the identity and fraud landscape, enabling them to help present the best technical solutions to their customers. You will contribute to the technical work that enables prospects and customers to understand how Alloy fits into their tech stack and business processes. This includes, but is not limited to: Delivering product demonstrations for select upsell and cross-sell opportunities Building customized demo environments and product demonstration experiences Supporting and executing proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) exercises Working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to answer technical questions and unblock customer use cases Who we’re looking for We're a lean team, so your impact will be felt immediately, and opportunities will grow as the company scales up. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package. Your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details and what compensation could look like for you specifically! This position has a salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 on a 70/30 base + commission structure.
