About The Position

As a Solutions Development Manager, your primary focus will be developing new business within an assigned geographic territory, building strong relationships with local manufacturers and supply chain organizations, and generating new client partnerships through consultative selling and customized solutions to meet client needs. This role is ideal for a sales professional who has demonstrated success in B2B solution selling and is looking to expand their business development career with increasing responsibility and larger account opportunities over time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory, focusing on small to mid-sized manufacturing and supply chain organizations.
  • Drive sales activity through prospecting, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Identify client needs and align MAU services and solutions to address workforce and operational challenges.
  • Conduct market research and territory planning activities to identify prospective clients, industry trends, and growth opportunities within local manufacturing and supply chain markets.
  • Establish trusting relationships with operations leaders, plant managers, HR professionals, and key decision-makers from both current and prospective clients.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations showcasing value, and present solutions tailored to manufacturing and supply chain organizations.
  • Build and maintain a professional network that generates referrals and supports territory growth.
  • Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to recommend workforce solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Support contract discussions, pricing conversations, and proposal presentations.
  • Report weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage CRM data and pipeline activity.
