  • Experience with API design, software development (e.g., C# / .NET Core / Python), and hardware integration.
  • Mandatory background in technical consulting, customer-facing delivery, or solutions engineering within global, multi-cultural enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of GS1 standards, RFID infrastructure, and agile software development workflows.
  • Proficiency and knowledge in leveraging AI tools to enhance daily workflows, data transformation, and analysis.

  • Conduct site surveys to evaluate client IT and physical environments against prerequisites.
  • Lead on-site and remote setup, device network connectivity, configuration, and functional commissioning of Avery Dennison digital solutions and hardware.
  • Analyze customer software architecture (ERP, WMS, MES) and design required data exchange interfaces, API integrations, and network infrastructure setups (VPNs, firewalls, network topology, remote access).
  • Work with the product team to develop integration software components when required.
  • Guide the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of hardware required for our solutions (e.g., RFID Printers, undermount readers, tunnels, HDRC).
  • Ensure full compliance with GS1 standards (GTIN, SGTIN/EPC) and EPCIS business processes if applicable.
  • Partner with Delivery Managers and Product Owners (POs) to establish deployment timelines, scoping documents, and access technical requirements.
