About The Position

The Solutions Delivery Lead drives enterprise technology solutions at Smart Care, focusing on AI adoption, systems integration, automation, and digital innovation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation across the organization. Initially, the position supports the IFS Cloud rollout through integration and data migration leadership while building Smart Care’s AI capabilities, with long-term focus shifting toward AI innovation and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise platforms, integrations, or large-scale implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or innovation programs.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise platforms, and data migration practices.
  • Experience implementing or operationalizing AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions within business environments.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-moving environments.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies.
  • Experience working within complex operational organizations, preferably field service or service-based environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and execution skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or innovation leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in roles requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • BA/BS (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • Professional Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent, AI/Innovation, Technology & Architecture

Responsibilities

  • AI Strategy, Solutioning & Adoption: Identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can create measurable business value across operations, customer experience, finance, workforce management, and field services. Promote organizational awareness and adoption of AI capabilities through education, prototyping, and practical implementation. Rapidly test, validate, and deploy scalable AI solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Integration Leadership & Architecture: Lead integration development efforts supporting the IFS Cloud rollout. Establish and maintain scalable integration architecture standards that minimize long-term technical debt. Execute or delegate integration development activities based on complexity and organizational capacity.
  • Data Migration Oversight: Provide leadership and governance for enterprise data migration associated with the IFS Cloud implementation. Ensure data quality, integrity, and successful transition through oversight, decision-making, and coordination of supporting resources.
  • Digital Product Development: Identify and lead the development of customer-facing digital solutions that enhance service visibility, predictive maintenance capabilities, and self-service experiences. Translate operational challenges into technology-enabled products that improve customer engagement.
  • Operational Automation: Drive automation initiatives across internal business functions to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen decision-making capabilities. Implement workflow automation and AI-augmented tools that deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Technician Experience & Field Enablement: Identify and deploy technology solutions that enhance technician productivity and service effectiveness. Improve workflows related to diagnostics, job documentation, parts identification, and first-call resolution.
