About The Position

Pax8 is hiring a Solutions Consultant (Continuity) in the United States to help partners turn resilience from a concept into real, measurable outcomes in an AI‑accelerated world. This role is an opportunity to work at the forefront of cloud, continuity, and managed intelligence. You will partner with MSPs to define what “recoverable” really means—before disruption hits. As Pax8 evolves its AI-led marketplace, you’ll grow alongside it, building expertise in emerging technologies while shaping how partners deliver next-generation services.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or partner ecosystems
• Naturally curious, asks great questions, and simplifies complex ideas into clear business value
• Comfortable connecting technical concepts like backup and recovery to real-world business risk and outcomes
• Experience handling multi-stakeholder conversations and aligning different perspectives toward a common goal
• Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft 365
• Structured approach to managing opportunities
• Valid right to work in United States

• Exposure to continuity, disaster recovery, or building scalable service offerings

Responsibilities

• Lead meaningful discovery conversations to uncover partner goals, challenges, and success measures
• Help partners define clear recovery standards and continuity strategies that make sense for their business
• Shape scalable service offerings that MSPs can confidently sell and deliver
• Bring together internal experts and vendors to create tailored, high-impact solution conversations
• Guide partners from initial interest through to adoption and operational readiness
• Create momentum via webinars, campaigns, and events that generate real opportunities
• Own your pipeline with strong Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, and follow-through
• Support long-term partner growth by helping them prove and improve their continuity maturity
