Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or implementation specialist; 4+ years working experience
  • SaaS background along with sales skills to support customer demonstrations and presentations
  • Strong understanding of sales and buying cycles
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with customers
  • Capable of embracing the ideas of others for the sake of the company and client
  • Driven team player, collaborator, and relationship builder whose can-do attitude inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and excited by the chance to play a large role
  • Passionate about SaaS applications and making a positive impact on customers
  • Self-motivated, capable of working with minimum supervision and strategically prioritizing multiple tasks in a proactive manner

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to understand requirements, business drivers, and technical environments of prospects and customers.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, mapping customer pain points to platform capabilities acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospects.
  • Translate business challenges into clear solution architectures, highlighting ROI and adoption pathways while addressing technical objections.
  • Complete RFI/RFP responses, security questionnaires, and solution documentation.
  • Stay current on product roadmap, SaaS trends, intranet best practices, and competitor landscape while relaying customer feedback to the Product teams.
