About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused, commercially minded Solutions Consultant for our Construction ERP division. This role is critical in supporting the sales process by delivering compelling, value-driven solution demonstrations. You will engage with various stakeholders, communicate complex solutions clearly, and possess a consultative approach. A natural curiosity for technology, including AI-enabled technologies, and the ability to learn new products quickly are essential. You will partner closely with Sales teams, lead customer discovery, design tailored software demonstrations, translate requirements into solution recommendations, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage AI tools to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Background in Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Software Consulting, ERP Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities and consistently delivering high-quality work within fast-paced sales environments.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer-facing teams.
  • Familiarity using CRM systems and maintaining accurate opportunity and customer activity records.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in response to evolving customer and business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to ERP, construction management, job costing, project accounting, field operations, or related construction software solutions.
  • Experience translating customer requirements into solution-based software demonstrations and business value conversations.
  • Technical knowledge related to software platforms, integrations, configurations, and solution architecture concepts.
  • Background supporting SaaS or cloud-based business software solutions.
  • Comfort using AI-enabled productivity and sales enablement technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Sales teams to support opportunities across the full sales cycle, from discovery through solution presentation and commercial progression.
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand business processes, operational challenges, and desired outcomes within construction and ERP environments.
  • Design and deliver tailored software demonstrations that clearly align Access Construction ERP solutions to customer needs and business priorities.
  • Translate customer requirements into solution-based recommendations that demonstrate operational value, process improvement, and long-term scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Professional Services, and other internal teams to validate technical feasibility and support successful opportunity outcomes.
  • Support solution positioning by sharing market insights, customer feedback, and product enhancement opportunities gathered through client engagement.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and technology to enhance preparation, demonstration quality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.
