About The Position

Learning Pool is a rapidly growing e-learning company that provides content and technology solutions to over 2,000 customers and 24 million learners worldwide. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our diverse team, working in offices and remotely across Europe and North America. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of the online learning industry, focusing on creating engaging and empowering solutions for modern leaders. The Solutions Consultant role is a critical position within our revenue team, bridging the gap between commercial and technical aspects. You will collaborate with prospects and customers to understand their learning and performance needs, develop solutions using our product suite, and present these solutions through demonstrations and proposals. This is a client-facing role, interacting with senior leaders to showcase the value and capabilities of Learning Pool. Experience with frontline organizations in sectors like retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or logistics is particularly beneficial, as the role involves addressing the unique challenges of engaging deskless workers.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the HR tech space and modern learning functions.
  • Ability to have strategic conversations about learning culture, impact, and best practices.
  • Experience working with or selling to frontline organizations, understanding challenges like high turnover, shift schedules, and compliance for deskless workers.
  • Technical proficiency, including configuring platforms, understanding integration requirements, and engaging with IT stakeholders on security and data.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Clear writing and confident presentation abilities.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding buying decisions and supporting the sales process.
  • Self-sufficiency and strong time management skills for remote work.
  • Ability to stay connected with a distributed team.
  • Right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, or logistics is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery with prospects to understand their current state, ambitions, and constraints.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Learning Pool's capabilities with prospect-specific outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation of high-quality RFP responses and commercial proposals.
  • Serve as the technical expert in sales cycles, addressing IT, security, and integration inquiries, as well as L&D strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer transitions from demo to go-live.
  • Assist in the development of demo environments, internal playbooks, and enablement materials for the revenue team.
  • Provide market and customer insights to inform product roadmap discussions.
