Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technology roles with demonstrated leadership of technical teams
• Experience supporting infrastructure and/or application architecture across diverse environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design methodologies
• Hands-on experience as a designer, engineer, or developer in delivering technology solutions
• Deep expertise in at least 2–3 technology domains (e.g., cloud platforms, networking, security, databases, operating systems, virtualization, storage/backup)
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and make sound, timely decisions in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Experience prioritizing and delivering across multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments with cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, architecture review boards, and project intake processes
• Experience aligning solutions with enterprise technology strategy and long-term roadmaps
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solution Analysts, enabling delivery of high-quality architecture designs for simple to complex initiatives
• Partner with peer Architecture Managers and Solution Architects to shape scalable, forward-looking solutions aligned to enterprise priorities
• Ensure architecture artifacts (e.g., blueprints, topologies, design documentation) are complete, actionable, and support production readiness, operations, and disaster recovery
• Oversee the capture of detailed technical requirements to support governance, project gating, and execution readiness
• Collaborate with infrastructure architects, enterprise architects, service owners, and engineering teams to refine solution direction and ensure alignment with strategic technology standards
• Contribute to the development and evolution of reusable infrastructure services and enterprise solutions
• Guide teams through complex or ambiguous architecture challenges, making informed decisions that balance risk, scalability, and business impact
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritizing work based on enterprise value, complexity, and delivery timelines
• Serve as a trusted advisor to architecture leadership, providing input into technology strategy and solution direction
