The Solutions Architect translates customer business needs into practical Salesforce and Agentforce solutions, bridging customer requirements and hands-on implementation. The role helps customers identify, prioritize, and deploy Salesforce AI capabilities in alignment with business objectives. It combines client-facing consulting with deep Salesforce platform knowledge and interest in emerging AI technologies, and focuses on Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Claude implementations from discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization. Customer engagements run as fixed 12-week sprints. Weeks 0–2 focus on assessment and readiness, including the customer’s org, security, data, users, permissions, and priority AI workflows. Weeks 3–5 focus on building and validation, followed by adoption and optimization during weeks 5–12. The work favors rapid prototyping, demonstrating working solutions, and iteration over traditional waterfall delivery. Success is measured by user adoption and platform consumption. The role works in pods alongside architects and consultants, with the possibility of running engagements independently when scope allows. Location is flexible, but the employee must be available during customer business hours. The role also serves as a workstream lead, advising customers on solution direction and adapting to changing project needs and timelines. It owns technical architecture and delivery, troubleshoots complex configuration, integration, and data issues, and mentors and upskills colleagues on Sales Cloud and Agentforce. The position requires genuine excitement about AI and using AI tools to improve work and outcomes.
