Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Viewpoint Vista ERP or Spectrum ERP).
  • 10+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry.
  • Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
  • Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience utilizing Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
  • PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
  • Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
  • Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments.
  • Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.
