About The Position

Our client, a leading Canadian organization undergoing a major digital transformation, is seeking a Customer Experience Solution Architect to define and drive the future state of its customer experience ecosystem. This is a newly created position focused on delivering seamless omnichannel customer experiences across CRM, customer portals, marketing platforms, and enterprise systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping architecture strategy, driving digital transformation initiatives, and influencing long-term technology investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
  • Proven success delivering customer-facing digital and customer experience solutions.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with Dataverse, including data modeling and security.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven and event-driven architecture patterns.
  • Experience designing customer portals and integrated digital ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and architectural best practices.
  • Experience with Azure-based solutions is considered an asset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting enterprise customer experience transformation initiatives.
  • Customer data modernization experience.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled customer experience capabilities including personalization, virtual agents, and intelligent search.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve enterprise customer experience architecture aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Translate customer journey and experience requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
  • Design integrated solutions across CRM platforms, customer portals, digital channels, and backend systems.
  • Ensure consistency, continuity, and shared customer context across omnichannel experiences.
  • Lead architecture governance and provide guidance on solution design, integrations, data, security, and platform scalability.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture decisions with enterprise roadmaps.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
