LauraMac is seeking an experienced and technically sharp Solutions Architect to serve as the critical bridge between our Sales team and our Implementation and Product teams. In this role, you will own the technical side of the pre-sales process—leading discovery, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring that the planned approach is communicated and executed by the implementation team. The Solutions Architect partners closely with Sales to understand prospect needs, translates those needs into clear, feasible solution designs, and then ensures a seamless, well-documented handoff to the Implementation team so that client expectations are met from day one. You are equally comfortable presenting to an executive as you are reviewing a data mapping specification with an engineer. Beyond the deal cycle, this role plays a key part in continuous improvement—identifying patterns across client needs, surfacing product gaps and opportunities to the Product team, and helping develop reusable frameworks and best practices that make our implementations faster and more consistent over time.
