About The Position

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Solutions Architect or Senior Engineer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) coding and fluency in Brazilian Portuguese. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams based in Brazil to support, mentor, and guide them in building, deploying, and optimizing Gen AI solutions. This is a strategic role where technical depth, a strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and a passion for teaching and collaboration are key.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying Gen AI-based applications (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation).
• Proficiency in Python (and/or other languages commonly used in AI/ML).
• Experience with tools and frameworks like OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face, Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to teach and mentor others.
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written) and comfortable conducting technical sessions in the language.
• Ability to work across time zones with teams in Brazil and other global locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying AI workloads.
• Familiarity with TDD principles and Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Background in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical mentor and guide for Brazilian teams working on Gen AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI models and applications using tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Gen AI use cases and implement best practices.
• Create and deliver training sessions, code reviews, and technical workshops in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Serve as a bridge between global architectural standards and local engineering execution.
• Support teams in understanding and applying foundational concepts in AI, ML, and TDD (Test Driven Development) as appropriate.
