About The Position

FedEx Dataworks is building the Connected Intelligence Core, a platform combining FedEx’s commerce and package data with partner commercial graphs and third-party signals to enable intelligent supply-chain action. The Solutions Architect serves as a technical bridge between Dataworks platform capabilities and the complex needs of enterprise prospects and partners. The role combines consultative selling and solution architecture across agentic AI, data products, API-driven integrations, and supply-chain intelligence. Following opportunity qualification, the role owns the commercial and technical sales cycle, from executive discovery and architecture design through demonstrations, proof-of-concept management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. It requires translating evolving platform capabilities into tailored, feasible solutions and communicating technical decisions and business value to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. The position is eligible for remote work within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Candidates within 50 miles of a FedEx campus may be required to work onsite several times per week. Periodic travel to customer, partner, and conference sites is expected.
