About The Position

FedEx Dataworks is building the Connected Intelligence Core, a platform that combines FedEx’s physical ground-truth commerce data with partner commercial graphs and third-party signals to create actionable commercial intelligence. The Solutions Architect will drive full-cycle data licensing sales of Commercial Data and Strategic Signals to institutional and enterprise data buyers. This hybrid commercial and technical role translates platform architecture into tailored solutions involving predictive signals, macro trade indices, and risk metrics. The role owns qualified sales opportunities from technical discovery through solution design, data trials, licensing negotiations, and enterprise subscription close. It involves working with technical and executive buyer personas, defining cloud data delivery and integration designs, and explaining Dataworks products and platform capabilities. The architect also supports partner solutioning, collaborates with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Forward Deployed Engineering, and Implementation teams, and contributes reusable solution documentation and sales assets. The position is eligible for remote work anywhere in the United States except Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Candidates within 50 miles of a FedEx campus may be required to work onsite several times per week. Periodic travel to customer, partner, and conference sites is expected.
