About The Position

The Enterprise Application Analyst – Sourcing, RSG (Restaurant Solution Group) is the primary technical support resource and systems owner for enterprise applications supporting the Sourcing and Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG). This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, enhancing, and supporting platforms such as P2P systems, CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management), CRM solutions—including Salesforce—Supply Chain Management systems, and cloud-based applications hosted on platforms such as Azure or AWS. The analyst partners closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to ensure system stability, streamline processes, improve integrations, and deliver enhancements that support operational excellence across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise applications or working in an IT analyst or systems administrator role.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with at least one of the following: P2P systems, CTRM platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), supply chain/operations applications, or cloud-hosted systems.
• Ability to document processes, gather requirements, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting or working with system integrations, APIs, or data interfaces.
• U.S Citizen or Green Card Work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Salesforce administration experience (Flows, Object configuration, Profiles/Permissions, Reporting, basic automation).
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments, cloud monitoring, and/or cloud resource administration.
• Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, CRM platforms, CTRM tools, or procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).
• Understanding of sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or commodity trading processes.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, ETL flows, or integration middleware.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Alteryx or Power BI.
• Familiarity with CCM (Cost & Contract Management), cost forecasting, or financial planning/analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted IT partner for Sourcing and RSG applications, including P2P, CTRM, CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce), Supply Chain & Logistics systems, and future cloud-based solutions.
• Provide daily user support including triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Perform system configuration, user access/security management, cloud administration, data validation, and routine maintenance.
• Monitor application and cloud platform performance, identify issues proactively, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Administer Salesforce environments, including configuration, workflows, permissions, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic automation/Flows.
• Support cloud-hosted applications (Azure/AWS) including monitoring, resource management, patching coordination, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams on deployments, upgrades, and environment optimization.
• Support and maintain integrations across Sourcing, RSG, Supply Chain, Finance, Salesforce, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot data flow issues, API failures, middleware/ETL errors, and Salesforce connector issues.
• Maintain documentation of integration logic, data dependencies, and system interaction workflows (cloud and on‑prem).
• Work closely with business teams to understand operational processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for CRM, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Support change management activities including training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and release communication.
• Lead or support enhancements, cloud migrations, Salesforce updates, and optimization initiatives.
• Participate in system implementations, integration projects, and data migration activities.
• Partner with SaaS vendors, system integrators, and cloud providers for issue resolution, feature enhancements, and roadmap planning.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation including architecture diagrams, Salesforce configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance, cloud security frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and audit requirements.
• Support data quality initiatives and analytics/reporting activities including spend visibility and forecast accuracy.
