Success in this role requires deep expertise in Splunk, including Enterprise Security, as well as working knowledge of ITSI and SOAR, combined with strong communication skills and the ability to bridge delivery execution with strategic growth initiatives. The Analytics Architect builds and maintains strong executive‑level relationships within the State of Colorado and other strategically important accounts, helping translate business objectives into effective analytics solutions that improve operational and mission outcomes. Success in this role requires experience leading complex system integrations, guiding solution development to meet strict functional and security requirements, and developing technical roadmaps that align platform capabilities with long‑term customer needs. The ideal candidate can clearly communicate enterprise analytics best practices and architectural tradeoffs to both engineering teams and business stakeholders, serving as a bridge between strategy and execution.
