About The Position

We are seeking a senior, customer-facing Solutions & Industry Lead to drive Kinetic IT’s growth and presence across the Eastern region (VIC, SA, NSW, QLD and NT). Operating at the intersection of technology and industry, you’ll partner closely with Strategic Sales Partners and Account Directors to shape and win complex opportunities, elevate client conversations and position Kinetic IT as a trusted technology partner. You’ll lead solution development across new pursuits and existing accounts, translating client challenges into outcome-driven technology solutions across government and critical infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT services, consulting or solution leadership in a customer facing environment
  • Proven ability to shape and win complex deals with sound commercial and strategic judgement
  • Broad understanding of modern technology domains (cloud, cyber, infrastructure, managed services, AI)
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, outcome focused solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior executives
  • Collaborative and adaptable approach, with experience leading across cross functional teams

  • Experience in government and/or critical infrastructure sectors

Responsibilities

  • Leading workshops and solution discussions to translate business challenges into technology outcomes.
  • Acting as solution authority on pursuits, owning solution design, narrative and technical credibility.
  • Orchestrating cross-functional teams (architecture, practices, bids, partners) to develop winning solutions.
  • Partnering with sales and account leadership to drive new opportunities and account growth.
  • Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and technology partners
  • Developing industry-aligned solution narratives across key sectors
  • Ensuring smooth transition from sales to delivery with clear scope and commercial alignment
