About The Position

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years
• Eighteen (18) years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or technical development environments
• Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple Agile Release Trains, engineering organizations, or technical suppliers
• Strong understanding of Agile at scale, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in a cyber-centric Department of Defense program environment
• Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives
• Background in cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related security disciplines
• SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE)
• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)

• Working effectively with engineering teams, program leadership, vendors, PMO personnel, and external cybersecurity organizations
• Taking ownership, remaining actively engaged, and driving issues to resolution
