This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving digital technology solutions that support Aritzia’s business. As the Senior Solution Systems Analyst / Solution Systems Analyst, Digital Technology, you will translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, acting as a liaison between Technology and business partners while supporting requirements definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of digital systems and platforms. Requirements

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Business Technology, or a related field.
• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
• Working with system integrations, data flows, APIs, and interconnected applications.
• Creating solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and test artifacts.
• Knowledge of software delivery methodologies and solution lifecycle management practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
• A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering business value.
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of how technology enables business performance.
