About The Position

We’re searching for a Solution Specialist to join the Onboarding & Success Services department in a remote capacity (travel approximately 1-2 times a year). To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Product Adoption within SaaS environments
  • Experience operating in product-led growth or hybrid digital + human adoption models, with exposure to digital adoption tools
  • Proven ability to drive customer engagement, product usage, and behavior change
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring impact and improving outcomes using AI and other tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, with a proactive, adaptable mindset

  • insurance/Applied experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive Early Adoption of Applied Products: Proactively engage new and existing customers to achieve “first value” realization and sustained adoption of new products and features
  • Playbook Execution & Scaled Adoption Programs: Execute human-led components of adoption programs including outreach campaigns, workshops, and office hours, that supplement digital adoption motions
  • Customer Education, Enablement & Behavior Change: Deliver best practice guidance and change management support to ensure new products and functionality are adopted into customer workflows
  • Adoption Monitoring & Risk Escalation: Monitor usage to identify risks early and proactively intervene and improve customer outcomes
  • Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Capture and escalate customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and refine adoption strategies through data-driven insights
