Requirements

One to three years of similar or related experience.
A high school education or GED.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to excellent member service
A team-oriented mindset
Ability to operate general office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, scanners, and possess computer keyboard skills.
Knowledgeable with creating, maintaining, and updating Excel spreadsheets.
Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Sedentary work: must be able to sit for long periods of time in a day (up to 9 hours), possess hand, wrist, and finger dexterity to use keyboard, phone and calculator in a repetitive manner throughout your scheduled time, and the ability to view a computer monitor throughout your scheduled time

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or financial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contacting membership regarding delinquent payments, monitoring accounts for payment and submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts.
Handle accounts with Bankruptcy, Foreclosure and Repossession.
Contact membership regarding returned checks and handling returned checks, reviewing member account to offer possible options to remove delinquency.
