Requirements

  • Lead strategic sales and business development initiatives to accelerate Oracle EPM market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CEOs, and key decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for high-value customer engagements and transformational initiatives.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Mentor and influence team members through leadership, knowledge-sharing, and best-practice execution.
  • Champion the “Why Oracle” story by articulating the differentiated value of Oracle’s unified, multi-pillar cloud strategy.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to influence go-to-market strategy and pipeline development.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable business impact.
  • Consistently deliver against aggressive growth targets and organizational objectives.
  • Travel as required to support executive customer engagement and strategic initiatives.
