About The Position

The Solution Operations Support provides critical support to the Solution Operations Manager and the Managed Technology & Digital Solutions (MTS/DS) team. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining operational reports and documentation, supporting team initiatives, and ensuring day-to-day activities are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, follow-through, and professionalism. This individual must be comfortable working with executive leadership, managing competing deadlines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Associates degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Solution Operations Manager to support MTS/DS workstreams, team initiatives, and special projects.
  • Coordinate and track project activities, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and potential roadblocks.
  • Compile and analyze operational and financial reports, identifying trends, patterns, and key insights.
  • Prepare, maintain, and quality-check project documentation, presentations, dashboards, trackers, and other business materials.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and follow-up action items as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with leadership and team members ensuring requests are acknowledged, updates are provided, and commitments are followed through to completion.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through by independently managing assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight and proactively identifying issues, risks, or process improvements.
