About The Position

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice in State of CA
  • Prior experience in a laboratory or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and sterile preparation.
  • Basic understanding of allergen extracts and immunotherapy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work independently under indirect supervision.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
  • Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
  • Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent patient relations and customer service skills.
  • Open availability to work during weekdays.

Nice To Haves

  • Allergy experience strongly preferred.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare allergen extract mixtures accurately, following standardized recipes and protocols.
  • Maintain aseptic technique and adhere to safety and sterility standards.
  • Label, package, and store mixed extracts appropriately.
  • Document lot numbers, expiration dates, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering of lab supplies.
  • Participate in ongoing training to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.
