This role is responsible for owning and executing the broadband vertical marketing strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives such as pipeline growth, revenue generation, and market share expansion. The position involves leveraging market intelligence and competitive insights to enhance market position, conceptualizing and driving primary market research, and monitoring market trends across various network areas. The Solution Marketing Manager will define buyer personas, map the buyer's journey, and lead cross-functional collaboration to craft compelling messaging and differentiated value propositions. This includes owning the messaging hierarchy, defining proof points, developing content roadmaps, and managing go-to-market plans and launch tiers for grid solutions and product releases. The role also entails sales enablement, including recruiting and leading a technical copywriter, educating internal stakeholders, developing training programs, and enabling sales teams and channel partners with necessary collateral and insights. Collaboration with product line management, solutions/application engineers, and campaign managers is crucial, as is managing the vertical marketing budget to maximize ROI and defining success metrics and KPIs.
