Neighborly Software is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the dedicated technical partner in our sales process. You’ll support two very different sales motions — our higher-velocity core sales team and our complex enterprise pursuits — right-sizing your approach to each. This is a pre-sales role that owns the technical side of the deal — running tailored, discovery-led demos, keeping our demo environments sharp and credible, and solutioning the technical sections of complex proposals - across both our core and enterprise pursuits, so our Account Directors can stay focused on selling and our most complex enterprise pursuits keep moving instead of stalling. You'll own the technical side of deals end to end: leading discovery-led demos, maintaining our demo environment, partnering on proposals, and ensuring a clean hand-off to implementation once a client signs.
