The Solution Director is responsible for growing a specific Line of Business by selling our solutions into existing and new accounts. The Solution Director will take an active role in supporting key opportunities by providing guidance for the Solution Sales and Sales team using their professional knowledge and experience, as well as drawing on best practices. In addition to executing on the list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires you to provide guidance, direction, mentorship, and coaching for the members of the team. You will also be expected to lead, inspire, and support your team by growing their businesses. Travel to customer meetings may be required. This role has a Data Center technical focus. Annual compensation: $140K USD base
