About The Position

Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.

Are you someone who can bring order to complexity, design meaningful experiences, and keep many moving parts aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture? As an ASE Solution Designer on Capgemini’s Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE) team, you’ll partner with other ASE practitioners to help shape and deliver immersive, multi-day DesignShops that bring senior stakeholders together to solve complex business challenges, build shared clarity, and move work forward. This is more than a project management role—it’s a design, orchestration, and client-facing delivery role at the center of how an ASE DesignShop comes to life.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, who can think systemically, manage details with rigor, and help create the energy, imagination, and sense of possibility that make ASE DesignShops unique.

We value candidates whose life, work, or creative experiences bring a distinctive spark to how they shape human experiences. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that takes pride in delivering meaningful outcomes and continuously sharpening its craft together.

We are a diverse and inclusive team united in our passion to unleash human potential in crucial business moments. Bringing our unique combination of capabilities, we strip away what gets in the way - politics, hierarchy, indecision, distance, and the ‘way it’s always been’ thinking.
