About The Position

Our consultants pursue and execute automation, operations, and process engineering consulting engagements for new and existing clients, helping them to meet their strategic business goals. The consultants also engage in strategic sales of automation systems, through the use of Data Analysis, Material Handling System Design, and Computer Simulation.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience with data analysis tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL) preferred.
• Understanding of supply chains and distribution or manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Experience with computer simulation (FlexSim, Demo3D, Arena, etc.) a plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US without need of sponsorship.
• Employees must follow all information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report any suspected security incidents to support our information security controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent client relationships and earn their trust through superior problem solving and hard work.
• Close major system sales through a "top down" consultative selling approach.
• Beat our competition by providing the best solutions in the industry.
• Become a thought leader in distribution systems and automation.
• Assist in pursuing new clients for consulting services.
• Coordinate with specific resources (software engineers, controls engineers, CAD / Simulation Engineers, etc.) to prepare reports and proposals.
• Continue to enhance and refine the tools / methodologies we use.
• Maintain education on a wide variety of material handling automation and simulation software areas.
• Provide excellent analysis of customer's operational data used to design superior processes and systems.
• Provide computer simulation modeling of proposed material handling systems.
• Build confidence with clients when making formal presentations.
