About The Position

UiPath is expanding its vertical go-to-market efforts for the loan origination solution coming to market, and we're looking for a Solution Deployment Strategist to be our embedded expert across the full lending journey. Modeled on the forward-deployed engagement model, this role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and domain expertise. You'll lead discovery with prospective customers, deliver compelling demos, drive post-sale adoption, and serve as an ongoing commercial presence with our lending accounts. Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services customer-facing roles (sales, CS, implementation, or advisory)
  • Deep fluency in lending vocabulary comfortable discussing LOS workflows, application intake, QC processes, and the roles of underwriters, processors, and closing teams
  • Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery and translate findings into a compelling solution narrative
  • Experience demoing software or technology solutions to financial services audiences
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage both operational staff and C-suite stakeholders across banks and credit unions

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery conversations with prospective lending customers uncovering workflow pain, identifying automation opportunities, and qualifying fit
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak to lending-specific use cases from application to close
  • Drive post-sale adoption by embedding with customer teams, establishing what "good" looks like, and training users on best practices – define team structure, roles & responsibilities, and governance
  • Serve as a trusted ongoing commercial partner across your account base — identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing renewal risks early
  • Act as a feedback loop between customers and the product team, translating what you hear in the field into actionable product insights
