About The Position

Nexthink is seeking a Solution Consultant to support its commercial sales team. This role is ideal for someone with over 4 years of pre-sales experience looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing company. The Solution Consulting organization focuses on exciting prospects and customers through innovative presentations and value propositions that highlight the Nexthink platform's technical capabilities and their alignment with business outcomes for both executive and technical audiences. As the technical expert for the sales team, the Inside Solution Consultant will support 4-6 Client Specialists, collaborating with sales, professional services, customer success, and partners to understand business priorities and provide necessary technical sales support for fast-paced sales engagements. This role reports to the Solution Consulting Leadership team and works closely with initiatives from regional sales directors across the United States.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, ideally selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions to mid-to-large sized businesses
• Proven track record partnering with a sales organization to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals in a high-velocity, transactional sales motion
• Experience serving as a key technical resource introducing new technology into a new market
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management; Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions; Cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects; ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines; Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments
• Strong business acumen; able to translate business context into creative, pragmatic solutions
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently with minimal guidance, with the judgment to know when to escalate
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn Nexthink's products, services, and business
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the presence to engage business owners and IT leaders
• A team player who thrives on finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support on sales opportunities, including discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and other relevant activities to gain a technical close/win.
• Engage with customers and prospects to demonstrate solutions, effectively communicating the core value proposition and key differentiators in the market.
• Demonstrate how the Nexthink platform can support overall customer initiatives and provide positive business outcomes and overall value.
• Partner and collaborate with the sales team to help qualify sales opportunities and align to Nexthink business outcomes.
• Work with multiple customer stakeholders in different functions such as End User Computing, IT Operations and IT Service Management to illustrate use cases where Nexthink can add value.
• Complete the technical sections of security questionnaires, RFI’s and RFP’s.
• Run and facilitate different types of technical validations with prospects, including POC/POV, to enable them to fully understand how Nexthink can address their challenges.
• Participate in webinars/marketing events.
