Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of CPM industry experience in technical presales, consulting, or related roles.
  • Technical experience with CPM tools (OneStream or similar).
  • Background in Finance/Accounting and familiarity with business analysis and financial modelling.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to lead technical discussions confidently.
  • Proven ability to perform rapid assessments of customer landscapes and identify use cases for prospective customers.
  • Experience guiding customers in evaluating CPM solutions (or similar).

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of experience in database management, including building, developing, and deploying applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Technology, Accounting, Finance.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) concepts and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with OneStream or similar CPM platforms and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions sales processes
  • Familiarity and basic knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs
  • Basic knowledge of database management and cloud-based solutions.
  • Awareness of business processes in Finance and Accounting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Active listening and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in building credibility and maintaining professionalism in client interactions.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.

  • Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
  • Capable of leading technical discussions and aligning solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers and partners with confidence and credibility, building trust and ensuring a high-quality customer experience with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Partners to support strategic opportunities, customer engagements, webinars, executive presentations, industry events, and prospect sessions.
  • Act as a trusted resource and mentor for Sales Consultants, Sales Development, and Sales Representatives, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous team improvement.
  • Translate complex customer challenges into compelling solution narratives and proof-of-concepts that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
  • Create and deliver high-quality OneStream demonstrations that showcase business outcomes, innovation, advanced capabilities, and future direction — not just features.
  • Identify the best-fit solutions for customer needs and clearly articulate OneStream’s broader value proposition and strategic impact.
  • Deliver clear, persuasive presentations that simplify complexity, foster stakeholder alignment, and create memorable customer interactions.
