About The Position
SS&C Skyline is a leading property management and accounting software platform trusted by commercial and residential real estate organizations to streamline leasing, accounting, and operational workflows. As a Consultant on the SS&C Skyline team, you will serve as a client-facing advisor, delivering operational, analytical, business, technology, and project management consulting services to real estate clients navigating business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience with SKYLINE, Yardi, MRI Property Management Software
- Experience as a Property Accountant in Commercial and Residential Properties
- Three years of Property Accounting experience
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities
- BPO client services and SaaS deployments including onboarding of companies, properties, units and tenants
- Manage and provide strategic guidance on full life-cycle implementations
- Consolidated financial reporting package
- Bank reconciliations
- Track/report fixed assets
- Lease management
- AP processing utilizing third party processor
- Document operational processes
- Utilize F-9 Cumulus Report Writer
