About The Position

We’re looking for experienced Solution Architects to design and guide the delivery of complex, integrated solutions on Microsoft Azure. These roles are hands-on and delivery-focused, requiring strong technical depth alongside the ability to align business goals with scalable, secure architectures. You will play a key role in a large-scale healthcare transformation program, ensuring interoperability and cohesion across applications, data, and integration layers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale solution architecture initiatives within complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience designing end-to-end solutions in Microsoft Azure
  • Deep understanding of: API-first design, Integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven), Interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
  • Hands-on experience with key Azure services such as: API Management, App Services, Azure Functions, Event Hub/messaging services
  • Experience defining solution architecture, roadmaps, and transition states
  • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and compliance, especially in regulated environments
  • Ability to work closely with delivery teams while maintaining architectural oversight
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or public sector transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and when to use low-code vs custom development
  • Exposure to event-driven and microservices architectures

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end solution architectures across application, data, and integration domains in Azure
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
  • Define target architectures, transition states, and technical roadmaps
  • Lead architecture decisions across multi-system, highly integrated environments
  • Ensure alignment across application, data, security, and infrastructure architectures
  • Drive API-first design and integration strategies, ensuring interoperability between systems
  • Guide delivery teams, providing hands-on architectural oversight while enabling developers and engineers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical domains to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Embed security, privacy, and compliance considerations into all solution designs
