Senior Solution Architect
About The Position
Provide overall project oversight on technical and architectural designs. Leverage a proven track record in delivering professional services engagements with increased complexity and demonstrate command of the Reltio platform and its overall capabilities. Serve as the senior technical resource on the team with thorough understanding of various technologies, integration and implementation approaches, and MDM (Master Data Management) with increased responsibility. Operate with minimal guidance in daily tasks and receive high-level directives when taking on new assignments. Contribute to the development of best practices. Proactively manage Customer expectations of the Reltio platform and its capabilities. Engage in increasingly complex projects (e.g. Global, multi-domain). Support several engagements concurrently. Provide infrastructure and platform oversight. Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, Dev Ops, and Engineering. Develop meaningful trusted relationships with Customer and Partner resources. Act as the primary Reltio representative to each Customer. Communicate with executive-level audiences and adapt to various presentation formats. Demonstrate increased knowledge of design patterns on MDM and overall program level. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field, AND Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
- 8 years of experience in a technology or professional services organization delivering moderate to complex technology solutions;
- 8 years of experience with overall technology implementations and progressive delivery;
- 8 years of experience with enterprise level projects within a professional services organization leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions;
- 8 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) principles, business use cases, capabilities delivered, value created, and opportunities uncovered;
- 8 years of experience with architectural designs including integration approaches;
- 8 years of experience with supporting multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore/offshore teams;
- 8 years of experience applying Advanced analytics business use cases;
- 8 years of experience within a professional services organization, leading and delivering moderate to complex solutions;
- 8 years of experience with Object Oriented software application design and development using Java;
- 5 years of experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) / Cloud delivery;
- 4 years of experience with MDM platforms and large scale implementations;
- 4 years of experience with business process and governance including establishing frameworks, policies, and oversight mechanisms to align organizational processes with strategic goals and regulatory requirements while ensuring consistency, accountability, and efficiency through defined roles, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement;
- Completing at least 2 MDM implementations.
