About The Position

As a Solution Architect in the technology organization, you will provide technical and functional expertise across a portfolio of solutions within a business domain. You will work with Business Relationship Managers, product teams, business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners to define solution roadmaps, shape high-level designs, and ensure solutions meet business needs and architecturally significant functional and nonfunctional requirements. The role uses a hybrid work arrangement, with travel as needed.

You will provide oversight and coordination across technical solutions, translate business-domain context into technical capabilities, define approaches to address business requirements and gaps, document high-level designs, support effort and skill estimation, and help manage scope and approved changes. You will also guide application scans and risk reviews, align solutions with enterprise architecture principles and standards, and lead solutioning workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and stakeholder roadshows while promoting an AI-first approach.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with 13 or more years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and iterative development.
• Experience connecting solutions across systems, developing business cases, estimating project scope and duration, and simplifying complex concepts and processes.
• Technical knowledge of integration technologies, cloud and infrastructure platforms, SOA, data architecture and modeling, AI tools and LLMs, and web/mobile technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, and change-management skills.
• Strong growth mindset and ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision, oversight, and coordination across a portfolio of technical solutions being developed within the domain.
• Translate business-domain context into technical capabilities for architects and development teams, and define solution approaches that address business requirements and gaps.
• Document high-level solution designs, support effort and skill estimation, and help maintain scope while managing approved changes.
• Conduct and guide application scans and risk reviews to validate compliance with privacy, security, and risk policies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and peer Solution Architects to align solutions with architecture principles, guardrails, standards, patterns, and frameworks.
• Lead solutioning workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and stakeholder roadshows while promoting an AI-first approach to business capability and solution architecture.
